Inclusiveness vs Competitiveness (aka Playing Time Policy)
There is a continuum between inclusiveness and competitiveness, and as a club we strongly value both ends of that continuum. This document describes how CVFC, at every age group, tries to be inclusive, and also how we use playing time to ensure competitiveness.
